“Hanesův mlýn” Guesthouse is found in close proximity to the village of Štoky in the beautiful surroundings of the Bohemian-Moravian Hills (Českomoravská vrchovina). It is surrounded by areas of mixed forest 10 km from D1 motorway off-ramp number 104 (Větrný Jeníkov) or D1 off-ramp number 112 (Jihlava - Havlíčkův Brod). It is a place of peace and quiet, clean air, and relaxation. Yet it is also a place that allows easy access to the main towns in the region.

There are plenty of historic and other monuments to visit in the local area and slightly further afield, for example the G. Mahler House, the Church of St. James (kostel sv. Jakuba), the catacombs, the museum in Jihlava, the Museum of Fire-fighting in Přibyslav, the Štáfl cottage (Štáflova chalupa) and house of K. H. Borovský in Havlíčkův Brod, and many more. We will be more than happy to provide you with any information you require.

The location of the guesthouse is also ideal for walking in the local forests and for cycling, as well as for cross-country skiing in winter.
